Poland ready to support Uzbekistan's army

Poland may offer assistance in training Uzbek military personnel and introducing modern communication and management systems. This was reported by the "Dunyo" news agency, citing the Defence 24 portal.

In addition, Polish military experts are ready to assist in establishing a service center for the repair of equipment and the production of military hardware. Furthermore, Poland may also aid Uzbekistan in servicing the equipment that South Korea is proposing to provide to Tashkent.

Warsaw's experience in acquiring Korean weapons is said to open opportunities for developing cooperation with Uzbekistan. In the ranking of the world's strongest armies, Poland is ranked 21st, while Uzbekistan holds the 58th position.

At the same time, Poland is actively purchasing South Korea's tanks, aircraft, and self-propelled howitzers. Moreover, Poland has also expressed interest in manufacturing South Korean weaponry.

Earlier this fall, Warsaw and Seoul signed an agreement to begin licensed production of missile systems starting in 2028.
