In the city of Tashkent, a court decision has been issued regarding an incident that caused strong public outrage. It was revealed that an employee of the “KORZINKA” shopping complex was held administratively liable for committing immoral actions against an unfamiliar woman.
According to court materials, the incident occurred on December 14 at a shopping complex located in the Shaykhantahur district. Citizen A.I., while passing by citizen M.H., grabbed her by the waist and committed actions of a sexual nature.
Afterward, he was taken to the Internal Affairs Department, where he continued to violate public order during explanatory procedures. A.I. behaved rudely toward law enforcement officers, shouted in a public place, and failed to comply with their lawful demands.
At the court hearing held on December 15, the citizen was found guilty under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to a final punishment of 10 days of administrative arrest.
Law enforcement agencies emphasize that the inviolability of citizens in public places is protected by law, and strict measures will be taken against such violations.
