Restrictions on Pavel Durov lifted
The French government has lifted all movement restrictions imposed on Telegram founder Pavel Durov, Bloomberg reports.

Previously, Durov had been accused of facilitating crimes through the messaging platform. According to a decision made on November 10, the requirement for Durov to regularly report to the police was removed.

Until then, the billionaire had been allowed to travel exclusively for limited business engagements in Dubai. Durov continues to deny all accusations.

It should be noted that Durov was detained at Paris airport last summer and questioned for four days. He was later released on bail.
