Will Smith Presented with a Traditional Uzbek Chapan and Doppi


An Uzbek blogger, Saidzam Rizaev, presented famous American actor Will Smith with a traditional Uzbek chapan (coat) and a doppi (Uzbek hat). Additionally, Rizaev invited the Hollywood star to visit Uzbekistan.

According to the blogger, the traditional attire suited the actor very well. Will Smith expressed interest in learning how to wear the doppi correctly.

“This is amazing,” said the actor as he accepted the gift. Will Smith was born on September 25, 1968.

He began his acting career in 1990 with the television series "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air." Smith has also starred in blockbuster action films such as "Bad Boys," "Men in Black," and "Hancock."

In 2022, Smith received an Academy Award (Oscar). In addition to acting, Smith is also known as a rapper.

He was awarded the Grammy twice, in 1989 and 1992.
