Construction of a $50 million agro-logistics center begins in Fergana
The construction of a $50 million Uzbekistan-Russia agro-logistics center has begun in Quva district of Fergana region, according to the administration. The complex will include facilities for processing 20,000 tons of fruits and vegetables annually, as well as warehouses for crop storage.

The center will create 500 new jobs and will enable the export of up to $100 million worth of products annually. Fergana Region Governor Khayrullo Bozorov and Omsk Region Governor Vitaliy Khotsenko inaugurated the project online, laying the first stone.

They highlighted that this logistics center will help farmers deliver their products directly to Russia and other countries.
