No way out of debt: Cobalt put up for auction

In a society where the rule of law prevails, it is impossible to avoid debt obligations. This situation was once again proven by the example of the next enforcement actions carried out in the Yozevon district.
According to the decision of the Margilan Inter-District Court for Civil Cases, adopted on November 28, 2024, 102.4 million soums were to be recovered from the debtor citizen in favor of the joint-stock company "APEX INSURANCE."
In accordance with this enforcement document, the Yozevon District Department of the Bureau of Enforcement carried out all necessary measures within the framework of the law.
First of all, enforcement proceedings were initiated against the debtor, and a deadline was set for voluntary repayment of the debt. He was also officially warned, and explanatory work was carried out. However, despite the provided opportunities, the debt was not eliminated within the established timeframe.
After that, compulsory measures were applied in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, the debtor's Cobalt car was seized and placed in a special impound lot.
Currently, this vehicle has been evaluated in the prescribed manner and put up for auction on a legal basis. It is determined that the proceeds from the sale will be used to cover the debt.
