Asia Alliance Bank Wins Two Major Awards

The award ceremony for the CX Banking Index 2025 was held at the U-Enter Innovation Center in Tashkent. This annual study analyzed 33 mobile banking applications in Uzbekistan and their best digital practices.

The main evaluation criterion was the customer experience index (iCX), which allows for comparison between banks, their products, and the quality of interaction with customers. Amid intense competition, Asia Alliance Bank's Alliance Pay app received special recognition and became one of the main winners of the event.

The bank won in two prestigious categories:

• Gold medal in the Daily Banking category – for the convenience, intuitiveness, and reliability of daily operations;

• Bronze medal in the Payments category – for the quality and reliability of payment services.

These awards reaffirm that customer experience is a critical factor in achieving success in the digital domain.
