Citizens of Uzbekistan will have the opportunity to assess the quality of public services. This procedure has been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the document, after using a public service, citizens can scan a special QR code to rate the service on a scale from one to five and leave their feedback. The evaluation will take into account the service quality, timeliness, and convenience.
If a citizen rates the service with three or fewer points, or provides negative feedback, this information will automatically be forwarded to the relevant organizations and the Ministry of Justice. These organizations are required to analyze the causes of dissatisfaction and take measures to improve the service quality.
If the quality of the service does not improve, the Ministry of Justice will address the issue of removing the responsible personnel from providing public services. Based on the evaluations, a ranking of state bodies and regions will be created.
This ranking will be published quarterly, semi-annually, and annually on the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal.
