Putin's sharp warning to Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin made a very strong statement regarding Ukraine at an expanded meeting of the Ministry of Defense board. This was reported by the British publication The Daily Express.

The material notes that Putin said that if Kyiv is not ready for a "meaningful dialogue" on territorial issues, Russia will be forced to "liberate its historical lands" on the battlefield. The publication described such a statement as a "terrible warning" for Ukraine.

During the meeting, the head of state emphasized that Moscow supports resolving the conflict primarily through diplomatic means. However, according to him, if Kyiv and Western countries abandon "essential negotiations," Russia will continue to achieve its goals through military means.

Putin also noted that the Russian Armed Forces are currently in the stage of growth and strengthening, while the Ukrainian army is in a state of decline, facing mass withdrawal and cases of desertion.

This speech by the Russian leader indicates that the situation in the region is becoming even more tense.
