
A Theoretical Physics Institute will be established under the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek. This was stated in a resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The institute will focus on the advancement of fundamental research in the field of theoretical physics. Specifically, it is planned to organize scientific conferences dedicated to quantum field theory, subatomic and uncertain physics, gravitation theory, quantum networks, and dynamical systems.
Furthermore, one of the primary objectives of the institute is to train young specialists. It will support higher educational institutions in engaging talented students and postgraduate students in scientific activities and contribute to nurturing a new generation of theoretical physicists.
In addition, the institute will prepare analytical materials on priority directions and prospects of research in the field of physics in developed countries.
