In Andijan, a citizen lost his car due to a loan debt. A debt agreement is a responsible agreement between two parties. However, if the debt is not paid on time, its consequences must be compensated through collateral.
A similar case was brought under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement of the Andijan region. A court order has been received for the recovery of a total of 126 million soums from Kh.I. in favor of the Andijan branch of JSCB "Microcreditbank." According to the court decision, the recovery was made against the debtor's "HAVAL H6" car.
Due to the debtor's failure to fulfill its obligations, enforcement actions were carried out, and the black "HAVAL H6" car was put up for electronic online auction with a starting price of 248 million soums. The proceeds from the sale will be fully directed towards debt repayment.
This phenomenon once again shows what consequences can be caused by a lack of strict attention to credit obligations.
