Black Tracker cars are expected to be put up for auction in Jizzakh

At a time when civil relations are expanding, it is natural that the number of enforcement documents based on court and other authorized bodies' decisions increases. Upon receipt of enforcement documents by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, state enforcement officers carry out legal enforcement actions.
When the debt is incurred in relation to property, its concealment is prohibited by law and entails serious legal consequences.
In the Jizzakh region, some debtors denied the requirements of the state executor and tried to hide their vehicles. However, the result was not what they expected: 4 Tracker cars were identified based on the enforcement documents and brought to the impound lot.
In the future, these vehicles will be sold through electronic auctions, and the proceeds will be used to cover existing debts under writs of execution.
This phenomenon once again demonstrates the serious legal consequences of non-compliance with legal requirements.
