Uzbekistan’s hospitals to operate 24/7 during New Year holidays

According to the Ministry of Health, all hospitals in Uzbekistan will operate around the clock from December 31 to January 4.

During these days, citizens can receive necessary medical care at district, city and national-level hospitals, as well as at medical centers.

The ambulance service will also continue to work as usual: more than 2,800 teams across the country will be on standby to respond to calls.

Round-the-clock duty will also be arranged at the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care and its regional branches. In addition, uninterrupted operations will be ensured at 231 maternity hospitals and 233 children’s hospitals.

The ministry urged people to pay close attention to their health during the holidays.
