The Central Bank registered three microcredit organizations


The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has registered three companies that may engage in microloan activities. This decision was made by the regulator’s supervisory committee.

The list includes Fincom Invest Microfinance Organization, Vafo Moliya, and Qanot Finans Microfinance Organization. Fincom Invest Microfinance Organization was established in mid-August of this year with a charter capital of 2 billion soums.

Its 100% stake belongs to Kim Stanislav. The Vafo Moliya company was registered at the beginning of this year, and its founder is Firuza Artykova.

Qanot Finans, meanwhile, was established in July with a charter fund of 2 billion soums. 70% of the company belongs to Bog’ibek Matmurodov, and 30% belongs to Dilmurod Matmurodov.

Being registered allows these companies to provide microloan services in the territory of Uzbekistan.
