When Will the Main New Year Tree Be Installed in Tashkent

When will Tashkent's main New Year tree be installed?

In Tashkent, from December 25, 2025, to January 10, 2026, extensive cultural and public events will be held to celebrate the New Year’s holidays. This information was officially released by the city administration. The festive atmosphere is expected to bring joy and a high-spirited mood to residents and visitors of the city for nearly two weeks.

The main festive venue has been designated as the square in front of the Uzbekistan National Library named after Alisher Navoi. Concerts, performances, children's programs, and various entertainment activities will be organized there daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The area will be decorated in a New Year’s theme, transforming it into a cozy spot for family outings.

All districts of Tashkent — including parks, shopping and entertainment complexes, and gastronomy streets — are set to host festive programs. Locations such as Central Park, the “New Uzbekistan” Park, Dream Park, Magic City, Tashkent City, Anhor Lokomotiv, Humo Arena, and Taras Shevchenko Street will transform into festive hotspots.
