Mirziyoyev proposed a Global Justice Fund
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev participated in the World Summit held in Doha, where he proposed the establishment of a Global Justice Fund to combat poverty and reduce inequality. In his speech, the President emphasized Uzbekistan's support for international initiatives aimed at sustainable development and provided information about social sector reforms being implemented in the country.

According to Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the poverty rate in the country has been reduced from 35 percent to 6.6 percent in recent years. Additionally, during the summit, President Mirziyoyev put forward several other important proposals.

He noted that the decisions made at the summit would inspire confidence and hope in millions of people around the world and make a significant contribution to ensuring stability and prosperity. "In this regard, today we fully support the Doha political declaration that is being adopted.

We are ready to fully implement the principles set out in it. This historic declaration will certainly strengthen our joint efforts to achieve the sustainable development goals," said the leader of Uzbekistan.
