The "regulatory guillotine" mechanism will be introduced in Uzbekistan. This was announced by the Ministry of Justice following the signing of a relevant decree by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Under this decree, nearly 800 outdated legal documents will be abolished. The plan also includes eliminating the requirement for entrepreneurs to record financial transactions in the E-aktiv system.
Additionally, the cost of state services for registering real estate collateral in the republic will be reduced by half. The document also places a special emphasis on expanding opportunities for persons with disabilities.
If they are unable to register land ownership rights for reasons beyond their control, they will be eligible to benefit from tax exemptions based on alternative documentation.
