Migrant Work Permit Fees to Increase in Saratov

The monthly fee for work permits in the Saratov region will amount to 9,400 rubles (1.4 million soums) in 2026, according to a report by the "Kommersant" publication.

Deputy Minister of Labor for the region, Natalya Mikhaylova, explained that the patent price is determined based on the projected average salary in the region. For 2026, the plan proposes establishing a single coefficient of 2.8 for all professions.

This decision has sparked debates among deputies. They argued that a low patent fee benefits employers but contradicts the interests of local residents.
