Accor, one of the leading international hotel chains, has introduced significant changes to the terms of its Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program. As a result, even members with the highest statuses — Platinum and Diamond — in Central Asia and the Caucasus region will no longer be entitled to complimentary breakfasts.
This was reported by the Telegram channel “Nochnoy porte.” According to the updated terms of the ALL program, the complimentary breakfast policy has been revised in several countries within the Asia-Pacific region. The decision has prompted certain questions and debates among travelers and regular guests.
In Uzbekistan, hotels associated with the Accor network are also affected by these changes. Specifically, at Swissôtel Tashkent, Mercure Tashkent South, Mövenpick Samarkand, and Mercure Bukhara Old Town, members with high-tier statuses under the ALL program will now need to pay separately for breakfast.
A similar situation is observed in Kazakhstan. Hotels such as Rixos President Astana, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty, Mercure Almaty City Center, Novotel Almaty, ibis Astana, and ibis Aktobe are also adhering to the new rules.
In conclusion, this decision by Accor has come as an unexpected surprise for frequent travelers. Moving forward, tourists will need to carefully consider not only accommodation costs but also the terms related to breakfast in their planning.
