In Uzbekistan, employees prefer stability
In Uzbekistan, nearly 49 percent of employees prefer clear processes and stability, while 39 percent are striving to switch to a flexible work style. This was reflected in the results of a survey conducted on the hh.uz platform among 110 employees and employers regarding the introduction of the Agile methodology.

In most cases, participants noted that tasks are completed as a team (47%) and that decisions are made faster without excessive bureaucracy (35%). 29 percent of respondents said they receive regular feedback, while 23 percent emphasized that leaders focus more on guidance rather than control.

As the main values of the Agile methodology, participants highlighted trust and openness (47%), as well as the opportunity to learn and not be afraid of mistakes (46%). For 40 percent of respondents, a clear company mission is important.

The main advantage of a flexible approach is being results-oriented (58%), while survey participants also highly rated honest communication (40%) and quick decision-making (31%). At the same time, 43 percent of participants noted that not all teams are ready for such changes.

36 percent mentioned the ambiguity of roles, while 34 percent pointed to the difficulty of planning due to constant changes. The main obstacles to implementing Agile in companies were identified as a lack of trust (51%) and strict hierarchy (35%).

Agile is a working approach that allows teams to quickly adapt to changes, stay in constant contact with clients, and develop a product step by step.
