Cafu calls Gasperini one of the strongest on the Apennine Peninsula

Former Roma player, Brazilian defender Cafu highly praised the work of the club’s current head coach Gian Piero Gasperini. The specialist took charge of the team after a successful spell at Atalanta. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.
According to Cafu, Gasperini is one of the most accomplished coaches in Italy. “By appointing him, Roma made one of their best decisions in recent years, and the results are already starting to show: the team is clearly on an upward path,” Cafu was quoted as saying by pianetamilan.it.
As a reminder, Cafu played for Roma from 1997 to 2003 and then moved to Milan. With the Brazil national team, he won the World Cup twice.
