On November 27, 2025, Ipoteka Bank, part of OTP Group, was awarded the "Most Active Bank" accolade during the international forum "Green and Affordable Housing." This event was organized by the Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company (UzMRC) joint-stock company in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Bank, and the Asian Development Bank.
This award recognized Ipoteka Bank’s systematic efforts in developing the mortgage market, introducing modern financial instruments, and offering products aligned with Uzbekistan’s strategic priorities. Currently, Ipoteka Bank, part of OTP Group, is the leading institution in the country’s mortgage market, holding a 23 percent market share.
Earlier, Ipoteka Bank had disclosed its financial results and profit for the first nine months of 2025.
