In Uzbekistan, local administrations (khokimiyats) have been assigned responsibility for placing public transport stops and dispatch points and for improving their facilities. They are also required to sign contracts for providing transport services to the population, oversee the quality of перевозки, and develop traffic management plans. This was reported by kursiv.uzreports.
