A resident of the city of Bukhara, while driving a “Chery” vehicle owned by him, violated traffic rules and caused a road traffic accident.
According to the Bukhara regional Department of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on April 15 at approximately 20:50.
During the initial inspection and investigative actions, it was established that the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
It is noted that his state of intoxication was officially recorded and documented in accordance with the established rules and procedures.
At present, pre-investigation checks are being carried out regarding this incident, and all circumstances are being examined in a legal manner.
