Shop share built during marriage divided in two

Another court decision has been enforced as a result of execution actions taken by the Davlatobod district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
It was established that, based on the decision of the Namangan inter-district civil court, a 1/2 share of a retail shop built jointly during marriage was to be recovered from citizen I.M. in favor of citizen M.A.
During the compulsory execution process, since the debtor did not voluntarily fulfill the obligations, legal measures were taken by state executors. As a result of these measures, approximately 97 million soums were recovered from this property share and transferred to the claimant.
This case once again demonstrates that the bodies of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement are carrying out systematic work to ensure the execution of court decisions.
The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement continues its consistent efforts to ensure the implementation of court documents.
