Temporary one-way traffic introduced toward Bostanliq mountain resorts

From 31 December to 12 January, a one-way traffic scheme has been introduced on the road leading to mountain resorts in Bostanliq district. The measure aims to enhance safety during the holidays and reduce congestion. This was reported by kursiv.uz.reports.

The temporary restriction applies to the 57–92 km section of the Tashkent — Chirchiq — Chimgan highway, up to the intersection with the 4R10 road. The changes affect traffic heading to the Amirsoy, Beldersoy and Chimgan recreation areas.

Earlier, Uznet users said heavy traffic jams were forming on the way toward Amirsoy. Some drivers and tourists also noted that this situation repeats every year during the New Year holidays.
