Former England international Jamie Carragher shared his prediction for the current Champions League season. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.
The pundit stressed that there is no single clear favorite in the tournament, with several teams having almost equal chances of winning the title. Still, Carragher also named his pick.
“I believe in Bayern. They are among the tournament’s highest-scoring teams, and Harry Kane is performing at the level of one of Europe’s best strikers,” The Telegraph quoted Carragher as saying.
After six rounds of the Champions League league phase, the Munich club sits second in the standings behind Arsenal. The Germans have collected 15 points.
