Thailand's F-16 jets target Cambodia

The Royal Thai Air Force has once again launched an attack on Cambodian territory: F-16 fighter jets dropped two bombs targeting a casino located in the Ban Tha Sen district, near Trat province in Thailand.

According to sources, this strike was in retaliation for actions allegedly carried out by Cambodia, which Bangkok has described as a violation of Thailand's borders.

Long-standing tensions between the two nations escalated further over the weekend. Both Thailand and Cambodia are accusing each other of breaching a ceasefire agreement brokered by the United States.

Clashes in the border regions have led to serious consequences: Thai authorities reported the deaths of three civilians and nine military personnel, with more than 120 people injured. Cambodia has confirmed the deaths of 11 civilians and 74 injuries on their side.
