BI Group and Murad Buildings Enter a New Phase

On November 13, 2025, during the "Great Silk Road Business Cooperation Forum" international business forum held in Tashkent, an agreement was reached between Kazakhstan’s BI Group and Murad Buildings. According to the agreement, the shares of NRG will come under the ownership of BI Group, while preserving the company’s local identity.

From now on, NRG will operate under the NRG — BI brand, managed by BI Group’s local team. Murad Buildings will focus on developing its unique projects.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This partnership model is expected to enable the parties to achieve their strategic goals by leveraging their respective strengths.

Murad Buildings will concentrate on designing projects with its distinctive architecture and individualized solutions. Meanwhile, BI Group will take over NRG’s management, focusing on comprehensive urban infrastructure development.

This approach will expedite decision-making processes and strengthen the core potential of the company. For NRG’s customers, employees, and partners, these changes signify the company’s commitment to its obligations and ongoing development.

Service standards will improve, and existing contracts as well as those related to new projects will remain unchanged. BI Group considers adherence to Uzbekistan’s legislation and close cooperation with government bodies and local communities as its top priorities.

BI Group’s CEO, Aydin Rakhimbaev, shared his thoughts on the agreement: "We view Uzbekistan as a trusted partner, and that trust is solidified through fulfilled promises. The transfer of NRG’s management to BI Group is not a new direction but a continuation of ongoing efforts.

The NRG — BI company will expand its operations in Uzbekistan based on the principles of sustainable construction, transparent pricing, and customer-oriented services.

The company will keep its customers regularly informed about the construction process and key stages of projects while developing training programs to enhance the qualifications of local specialists. All decisions will be made in collaboration with urban development policies and relevant government agencies.
