Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe has recovered from injury and returned to the squad ahead of El Clasico. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The French footballer missed the Spanish Super Cup semi-final in which Los Blancos beat Atletico 2–1. After the derby, head coach Xabi Alonso said the star striker would return to the team in the near future.
“Mbappe will fly in tomorrow. He feels good and can play against Barcelona,” Alonso said at a press conference.
The Spanish Super Cup final will take place on Sunday, January 11. The tournament matches are being held in Saudi Arabia.
Kylian Mbappe was unable to feature in Real Madrid’s last two matches due to a knee injury.
