Khalid Al Bin Ali appointed Uzbekistan's tourism ambassador
Renowned Qatari entrepreneur and blogger Khalid Al Bin Ali has been appointed as the ambassador for Uzbekistan's tourism brand in Qatar. This was reported by the “Dunyo” news agency.

The certificate was presented to him during the Qatar Travel Mart 2025 international tourism exhibition. This ceremony, organized by the Tourism Committee, became one of the forum's key events.

The event was attended by Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, chairman of the Qatar Businessmen Association and founder of Al Faisal Holding, as an honorary guest. Khalid Al Bin Ali is considered one of Qatar's most influential figures, with nearly 5 million followers.

He actively promotes cultural and sports projects, contributing to the development of relations between Gulf countries and international partners. According to “Dunyo,” this appointment marks an important step in strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Qatar.

In the first nine months of this year, 8.6 million foreign tourists visited Uzbekistan, which is 12.5 percent more than last year. Notably, the number of tourists from Qatar increased by 6.2 times compared to 2022.
