Kivu shows respect to Conte and dismisses talk of a rivalry

Matchday 20 fixtures are underway in Italy’s Serie A. The biggest game of the round will take place on Sunday between Napoli and Inter. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

Inter head coach Cristian Kivu has only recently begun his coaching career, while Napoli boss Antonio Conte has more than 15 years of experience in the job. Kivu spoke warmly about his opponent.

“I have great respect for Antonio Conte. He is a winning coach who is always working on himself and keeps improving. There is no confrontation between us; this is not a personal duel. Everything depends on the players on the pitch,” Kivu was quoted as saying by calcionapoli1926.it.

As a reminder, Antonio Conte has been working with the Neapolitans since 2024.
