On 11.12.2025, the Sergeli District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau accepted an enforcement document, based on a writ of execution issued by the Uchtepa Interdistrict Civil Court, to recover 83,461.6 thousand soums in debt from debtors A.S. and K.F. jointly and severally in favor of the claimant “P.M.T.” LLC.
As the debtor refused to voluntarily repay the debt and hand over the pledged vehicle, compulsory enforcement measures were applied by state enforcement officers in accordance with legal requirements. As a result, the pledged “KIA Bongo 3” vehicle was towed away using special equipment and, based on an official report, placed in an impound lot.
Measures are currently being taken to list the vehicle for “E-Auksion” auctions, and the proceeds from the sale will be transferred to the claimant.
It is important to note that timely repayment of the debt helps prevent compulsory enforcement measures; otherwise, recovery may be levied against property.
