In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ-131 dated March 28, 2025, “On additional measures to improve the efficiency of land use in agriculture and increase production volumes,” measures to review land lease rights of farms that chronically fail to pay tax debts are yielding results.
In particular, in 2025, during enforcement actions carried out by the Yozyovon District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, under 6,682 enforcement documents in proceedings, tax debts totaling 28 billion 714 million soums were recovered from 2,763 farms and individuals.
At the same time, the land lease rights of 5 debtor farms that did not settle their debts voluntarily and had no other property or property rights were seized and put up for electronic online auction with a total starting price of 5 billion 453 million soums. Enforcement actions are ongoing.
