A new presidential decree has been adopted

The presidential decree "On additional measures to support the education of talented specialists abroad, develop and encourage their professional skills" was adopted.

According to the decree, the presidential scholarship "El-Yurt Umidi" will be introduced in order to select the most worthy candidates for education in bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs.

The holders of the "El-Yurt Umidi" scholarship will be determined on an open competitive basis through tests and interviews. The tests will assess the intellectual, analytical and creative abilities, psychological stability of the candidates.

According to the results of the global rating of international rating organizations for bachelor's degrees and master's and doctoral programs:

- scholarships from the "El-Yurt Umidi" foundation will be awarded without a competition to candidates accepted on the basis of a grant that fully covers the cost of studying (tuition fee) in educational programs of foreign higher education and research institutions included in the top hundred;

- Candidates admitted to foreign higher education and research institutions included in the top three hundred will be awarded scholarships from the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation for international transportation and accommodation expenses without a competition;

- Graduates of the Presidential, creative and specialized schools who are admitted on the basis of a grant covering at least 50% of the tuition fees for undergraduate programs at foreign higher education institutions included in the top twenty will be awarded scholarships from the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation without a competition.
