"Mash'al" club, competing in the Uzbekistan Super League, has confirmed a new candidate for the head coach position. The team will now be led by Ildar Sakayev. The contract signed between the parties will be valid until the end of the current year.

Sakayev is known as a specialist with extensive experience in Uzbek football. During his playing career, he played for teams such as "Navbahor", "Kosonsoychi", and "So'g'diyona". Later, as a coach, he demonstrated his potential working with clubs like "Oqtepa", "Andijon", and "Yangiyer".

His tenure at "Andijon" is particularly noteworthy. Sakayev led the team from the Pro League to the Super League, achieving a significant result. This served as one of the main indicators of his coaching prowess.

In recent years, Ildar Sakayev has been working within the "Mash'al" system – he served as sports director and head of the academy. Therefore, the club's management made this decision considering his deep understanding of the internal environment and experience working with young players.

Several important tasks have been set for the new head coach: improving the team's position in the league table, integrating young and talented players into the main squad, and demonstrating a meaningful, attacking style of play.

In short, "Mash'al" is embarking on a new phase. All attention is now focused on the changes the team will achieve under Sakayev's leadership.
