The incident that occurred in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, caused great public shock - rescuers managed to save a young girl who was about to jump from a high floor. This was reported by the country's Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the information, the incident occurred in a multi-story residential building located on Imanbayeva Street. Rescuers arrived at the scene within minutes after receiving a report from the "112" unitary operational service about the individual's suicide attempts.
The rapid response team entered the upper floor through a neighboring apartment and began a conversation with the girl. During the conversation, the officers managed to calm him down and take control of the situation. After a complex process that lasted several minutes, the girl was pulled to safety.
It was reported that the life of the rescued young woman is safe. He was placed under the supervision of doctors and psychologists. The causes of the incident are being investigated.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations urged citizens not to remain indifferent in such situations and to immediately report possible situations of danger by calling 112.
