Uchqun Tillayev promoted to special rank of Colonel ahead of schedule
Uzbek artist Uchkhan Tillaev has been awarded the rank of colonel ahead of schedule by a decree from the Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan. Tillaev, who serves as the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Culture Palace, expressed his joy at receiving this recognition, marking nearly 20 years of service in the internal affairs system. The honorary title was presented during a ceremony at the Culture Palace, where Tillaev pledged to continue serving his country and people with dedication.
By the relevant order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Honored Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tillayev Uchqun Turayevich (Head of the MIA Palace of Culture) was awarded the special rank of colonel ahead of schedule as an incentive.
"Today is a joyful day for me. In 2026, it will be exactly 20 years since I have been serving in the internal affairs bodies. Due to my active participation in a number of holiday events and state events within the ministry system, today I was granted the next rank of colonel as an incentive. I am very happy about this. God willing, I will justify the rank of colonel and serve our country, our people, and our president with even more loyalty," the actor said.
The rank was ceremoniously presented during the regular “Hour of Spirituality and Enlightenment” being held at the Palace of Culture.
