Supercomputers and data centers to be launched in Uzbekistan
In 2026, four data centers and two supercomputers will be operational in Tashkent, Fergana, Bukhara, and Tashkent region. This was announced during President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's address to the Oliy Majlis and the nation.

Fifteen artificial intelligence (AI) laboratories will be established in higher education institutions across the country. These initiatives aim to support over 100 AI projects in agriculture, finance, healthcare, and other sectors.

The head of state also emphasized the opening of a Digital Technologies Center for talented youth. Additionally, Mirziyoyev noted that Uzbekistan aims to generate USD 5 billion in revenue from IT services by 2030.
