A digital ecosystem aimed at connecting university graduates in Uzbekistan with employers is planned to be launched. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced this during his address to the parliament and the nation.
The new system will act as a direct bridge between young specialists and companies in need of skilled personnel. The digital ecosystem will provide online information about students’ academic achievements and available job openings in companies.
This will enable employers to gain a more comprehensive understanding of potential employees, while graduates will be able to navigate the labor market more quickly. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce job search time for young professionals and simplify recruitment processes for companies.
Additionally, job opportunities for Uzbek university graduates in South Korea are expanding. Gyeongsangbuk-do province has become one of the regions planning to hire skilled specialists through the E-7 visa program.
