What will the weather be like in Uzbekistan this weekend

Rain and a slight cold snap are expected in Uzbekistan over the weekend, Podrobno.uz reports. Uzhydromet has published the weather forecast for December 26–27. Today, December 26, no precipitation is expected in most regions of the country. Only the northern areas of Navoi Region may see light snow, while some parts of Tashkent Region could get rain. Snow is also possible in mountainous areas. Air temperatures will be 3–8°C above zero, and in the north 0–5°C below zero. On Saturday, rain and snow are possible only in some areas of Karakalpakstan. On Sunday, rain is expected in parts of Bukhara, Navoi, Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya and Kashkadarya regions, while rain and snow are forecast for mountainous areas. No precipitation is expected in the rest of the country. Temperatures will rise over the weekend: 7–10°C above zero on Saturday and 10–13°C above zero on Sunday.
