The Sardoba district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement was tasked with executing the court decision dated February 16, 2026, by the Oqoltin inter-district civil court to recover a loan debt of 231.5 million soums from a citizen debtor in favor of 'HAYOT BANK' JSC.
The debtor was officially notified to fulfill the requirements of the enforcement document voluntarily, and the consequences of non-compliance were explained.
However, since the debt was not settled voluntarily within the specified period, compulsory enforcement actions were initiated; a 'HYUNDAI ELANTRA' car belonging to the debtor was seized and placed in an impound lot.
Currently, measures are being taken to put this vehicle up for auction.
