Applications for state mortgage loan subsidies for educators with the highest qualification category, specifically those serving as head teachers, will open on April 20. This was announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
According to official information, the application process starts on April 20 of this year at 14:00. Under the program, the state will cover 25 percent of the initial down payment for mortgage loans for teachers.
To receive the subsidy, the applicant must meet a number of established social requirements. In particular, their credit history must comply with the internal requirements of at least one commercial bank.
Additionally, neither the applicant nor their spouse should own more than two properties across the republic. Key requirements include having at least 15 years of pedagogical experience and holding a high qualification category or serving as a head teacher.
To submit applications, citizens can visit Public Service Centers or use the my.gov.uz portal and the MyGov mobile application.
Through this subsidy, citizens will be able to arrange mortgage loans from 15 different banks. The list of relevant banks has been officially announced.
As a reminder, this procedure was introduced based on Resolution VMQ-69 to provide social support for high-category educators.
