Based on the decision of the civil court, alimony was established to be collected from the debtor N.N. in favor of the collector N.D. for the maintenance of two underage children from monthly wages and other incomes.
During the enforcement actions of the employee of the Yangiobod district department of the Bureau, the parties reached a mutual agreement, and 150 million soums in cash were paid in advance by the debtor to the collector.
The debtor stated that this amount was paid for the purpose of purchasing a multi-story apartment for his children. The collector also announced that these funds would be used as a down payment for buying a house for her children in Tashkent city.
Notably, both parties wish to ensure that mutual disagreements do not affect the fate of the children and are approaching their future with responsibility.
