Based on the writ of execution dated March 31, 2026, from the Sergeli District Court for Criminal Cases, enforcement documents were received by the Sergeli District Department of the Bureau. These documents mandated the recovery of 18,433.7 thousand som from debtor citizen A.V. for the benefit of claimant citizen S.M., and approximately 3 million som for another claimant, X.S., who suffered material damage as a result of a road traffic accident.
In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Enforcement of Court Documents and Other Bodies' Documents," enforcement proceedings were initiated concerning these enforcement documents.
It was determined that the debtor citizen, while driving his "Tracker-2" vehicle, failed to maintain a safe distance and drove carelessly, colliding with a "Lacetti" car moving in front of him. The impact of the collision, in turn, caused the "Lacetti" car to hit a "Labo" vehicle in front of it.
During the enforcement actions carried out, a total of 21,388.5 thousand som was fully recovered from the debtor for the benefit of the claimants. In connection with this, the enforcement document was executed in practice in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 41 of the Law, and the case was closed.
