The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies effective from April 16, 2026. According to the latest data, all major foreign currencies have increased in value relative to the national currency.
The US Dollar exchange rate rose by 49,05 UZS, reaching 12 190,43 UZS. The Euro also showed significant growth, increasing by 49,29 UZS to 14 362,76 UZS. The British Pound Sterling recorded a substantial jump of 83,5 UZS, settling at 16 526,57 UZS.
Furthermore, the Russian Ruble increased by 1,83 UZS, totaling 162,09 UZS. Other currency rates include the Swiss Franc at 15 594,77 UZS (+42,86), the Chinese Yuan at 1 787,06 UZS (+5,88), and the Japanese Yen at 76,72 UZS (+0,35). These official rates are utilized for official financial transactions and customs payments nationwide.
