A new and promising project has been launched between Uzbekistan and Japan in the field of labor migration. Within the framework of this initiative, an agreement was reached on training Uzbek bus drivers and providing them with employment abroad.

This trilateral agreement was signed between Behzod Musaev, Willer Express head Hirayama Koji, and Onodera User Run representative Kato Jun. According to the document, a system for training qualified bus drivers for the Japanese market will be established in Uzbekistan.

As part of the project, the construction of a special training ground in the capital city of Tashkent is planned. This center will be equipped according to modern requirements and will serve to train drivers in accordance with international standards.

The training process includes theoretical and practical stages. Specialists will deeply study not only vehicle operation but also safety regulations, passenger communication etiquette, and international traffic requirements.

To bring the practical training closer to real conditions, right-hand drive buses are planned to be imported from Japan. This will allow participants to adapt in advance to the future working environment.

According to the agreement, drivers who successfully complete their training will be provided with high-paying jobs in Japan. This will not only increase their personal income but also expand the opportunity to export skilled personnel from the country.

In short, this project further strengthens cooperation between the two countries and opens the door to new opportunities for Uzbekistani citizens.
