"HAYOT Foundation" launches new social projects for 2026

Another major initiative aimed at developing the social sector in Uzbekistan has been presented. A new package of projects for 2026 has been announced by the "HAYOT Foundation". This initiative is being launched within a special platform implemented in cooperation with the NGO "National Center for Support and Development of 'Renaissance' Initiatives".
This platform unites business representatives, active public, and state bodies, aimed at improving the quality of life for the population. The main goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment for citizens, while also increasing life expectancy.
A total of six major projects were announced during the presentation. They are shaped around three priority areas: human, nature, and cultural environment.
Two important initiatives were put forward in the human-focused area. The "Safe Movement to School" project envisages the introduction of special buses to transport students living in remote areas to school safely and comfortably. Additionally, mobile education programs will be organized to increase pedestrian safety.
The "Water of Life" project is aimed at providing clean water to schools, kindergartens, and medical facilities in areas experiencing drinking water shortages. Special vehicles and water storage infrastructure will be built for this purpose.
In the nature conservation area, the "Ecotourism in Protected Areas" and "Ecological Education" projects were presented. Through these initiatives, the aim is to preserve ecosystems, increase ecological knowledge and awareness among the population, and develop tourism potential.
In the cultural sphere, the "Lifelong Language" project was the focus. It envisages developing the Uzbek language in the digital space, forming a comprehensive dictionary base, and introducing artificial intelligence technologies. Furthermore, organizing literary festivals and supporting creative professionals are also part of the plans.
In addition, the foundation has announced an open social projects competition. Participants will have the opportunity to receive financial support, expert advice, and expand their initiatives.
In short, these comprehensive projects are expected to cover various sectors of society, further strengthening social stability and development in the country.
