Facundo Stic, born in 1993 in Italy and raised in Argentina, previously worked as an analytics coach in the coaching staff of well-known coach Diego Alonso at Greece's "Panathinaikos" club. Additionally, he has experience working with various age groups of the Malta national team.
Facundo Stic’s inclusion in the coaching staff represents the team’s next important step toward adapting to modern football requirements, with a focus on analytical methodologies and professional management.
Prior to this, several specialists had joined the "Neftchi" coaching staff as assistants to head coach Islombek Ismoilov, including:
- Jurgen Gede (Germany) — assistant coach;
