It is planned to enable online participation in court hearings of Uzbekistan's Constitutional Court, launch internet broadcasts, and organize electronic data exchange between ministries and agencies.
These proposals were presented to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during a briefing on improving the digitalization of the Constitutional Court's activities and mechanisms for protecting constitutional rights.
It was noted that digital solutions will become one of the key directions for the court's development. In particular, there are plans to simplify the process of reviewing appeals from citizens and businesses and ensure their prompt consideration.
Additionally, measures for enhancing the efficiency of the constitutional complaint procedure were also discussed. A proposal was made to introduce a procedure whereby if a law applied by the court is found to be unconstitutional, it would serve as a basis for reconsidering the court's decision.
